Stainless Steel 321 and 321H ERW Pipes are austenitic stainless steels composed mainly of iron, chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–12%), and titanium for stabilization. The titanium content improves resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding. Grade 321H contains higher carbon content, providing improved tensile strength and creep resistance at elevated temperatures. Typical tensile strength ranges from 515–700 MPa, with yield strength of 205–310 MPa. ERW construction ensures consistent wall thickness and structural uniformity, making these pipes suitable for high-temperature, pressure-bearing, and welded applications.
