The titanium prevents carbide precipitation, improving resistance to intergranular corrosion. Grade 321H contains higher carbon levels, enhancing tensile strength and creep resistance at high temperatures. Typical tensile strength ranges from 515–700 MPa, with yield strength of 205–310 MPa. Seamless construction eliminates weld joints, providing uniform wall thickness, superior mechanical integrity, and reliable performance under high pressure and thermal stress.
