Stainless Steel 347 and 347H Seamless Pipes are austenitic stainless steels composed mainly of iron, chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–13%), and niobium (columbium) for stabilization. The niobium prevents carbide precipitation, improving resistance to intergranular corrosion. Grade 347H contains higher carbon content, enhancing tensile strength and creep resistance at elevated temperatures. Typical tensile strength ranges from 515–700 MPa, with yield strength of 205–310 MPa. Seamless construction eliminates weld seams, ensuring uniform mechanical properties, high pressure resistance, and dependable performance in severe thermal and mechanical environments.
