Inconel 718 Tubing is a nickel-chromium alloy enriched with molybdenum, niobium, titanium, and aluminum. It generally comprises 50–55% nickel, 17–21% chromium, 2.8–3.3% molybdenum, 4.75–5.5% niobium, along with trace amounts of iron, cobalt, and titanium. This age-hardenable alloy boasts impressive tensile strength (up to 1240 MPa), yield strength around 1035 MPa, and outstanding resistance to fatigue, creep, and rupture at temperatures reaching 700°C. Inconel 718 also offers good ductility and weldability, making it a perfect choice for applications that require both mechanical performance and corrosion resistance under high thermal and mechanical stress.
